MYRTLE EVERTT WOMAN OF THE YEAR AWARDS

2014 – Non-Profit Community Service Sector and Sport/Athletic Sector

The Myrtle Evertt Women of the Year Award was established in 1994 to recognize and honour local women for achievement in business or as a professional.

The Business & Professional Women’s Club of Mission invites community groups, women’s organizations, businesses, and individuals to nominate someone who exemplifies an outstanding woman.  Starting in 2012, the Mission WOTY awards will focus on nominations for outstanding women in specific sectors as follows:

2012 – Health Sector and Education Sector (past)

• 2014 - Non-Profit Community Service Sector and Sport/Athletic Sector

2016 – Business Sector and Culture/Fine Arts Sector

Selection of the recipients of the Myrtle Evertt Women of the Year Award for each sector is determined by a review of the nomination packages reviewed by a panel of three (3) non-partisan judges.  One recipient from each sector will be announced in 2014.

Anyone may submit a nomination using the format of the Nomination Form provided.
